Becky Reynolds is the director of School Search Group, LLC and has been a certified school psychologist for over twenty years. She has experience as a preschool teacher and is a certified educational planner. In addition to her experience as an admissions director, Becky has served at an area independent school as interim lower school headmistress. In her capacity as the director of School Search Group, Becky has been the originator of parent educational programs for understanding evaluation and placement procedures, directed growth feasibility studies for independent schools and conducted workshops for schools and parents. Her primary concern is your child’s education and placing them in an environment that is right for your child.

Irena S.M. Makarushka, Ph.D.
Irena Makarushka is an educator with more than two decades of experience including teaching on the secondary school level and serving as a faculty member, associate dean and vice president of academic affairs at colleges including Bowdoin, Holy Cross, Goucher, Cedar Crest, and Towson University. Her administrative leadership in liberal arts colleges followed a very successful career as a teacher and scholar. She has also worked very closely with college admissions officers at several institutions. In addition to her campus experience, she is a Consultant and Senior Fellow at the Association of American Colleges and Universities in Washington, DC where she works on current trends in higher education. She was awarded a Ph.D. from Boston University (1986).
